Do clients need a Stripe account?

No. Clients pay via credit card or bank transfer through a Stripe-hosted payment page. No account required on their end.

What if a client's amount changes month to month?

Retainly is designed for fixed retainer arrangements. If the amount changes, you can update the template and Retainly will use the new amount going forward.
